Anne E. Collier and Dr Iwan Jenkins will share preliminary findings from Arudia’s client data revealing a correlation between KAI cognitive style scores and self-actualization as measured by the Actualized Leader Framework.
The roundtable invites KAI practitioners and researchers to explore the reason for the findings and the intersection of cognitive style, coping, resilience, and psychological integration.
