break Barriers

Through our leadership coaching for women we empower women to become even better leaders by addressing the specific challenges that typically plague female leaders, such as the imposter syndrome and the double standard vis-a-vis gendered expectations.

While every person has their own unique constellation of leadership strengths and challenges, we use assessment tools to improve each person’s self-awareness and awareness of others, with a particular focus on enhancing resilience, and understanding different work styles (the Kirton Adaption-Innovation Inventory-KAI) and leadership styles (the Actualized Leader Profile-ALP). In addition to our proprietary intake package, which helps us get to know the client and her coaching needs, the assessments also provide the framework for a focused development plan.

The focused development plan typically includes boosting confidence, and enhancing communication and coaching skills so that our clients can put their new-found leadership insight into action.

power of assessments

With assessments such as the Kirton Adaption-Innovation Inventory (KAI), the Actualized Leader Profile (ALP) and Coaching Imposter Syndrome, Arudia empowers women to understand and leverage their unique problem-solving and leadership styles. Women gain strategic self-awareness to enhance their influence, navigate workplace challenges, and create more inclusive environments where diverse thinking styles thrive—ultimately accelerating their career advancement and leadership impact.

Discover whether you naturally innovate within existing frameworks or prefer breakthrough approaches, helping you understand that your cognitive style is a strength rather than a limitation. This awareness allows you to position your contributions more strategically and communicate your value more effectively in leadership roles.

Appreciate how your thinking style complements others and adds unique value to leadership teams, enabling you to build bridges between different perspectives and become known as someone who enhances team performance through inclusive problem-solving approaches.

Validate that different leadership styles are equally valuable, not better or worse, helping you stop trying to emulate others and instead develop authentic leadership presence. This confidence translates into more decisive action and stronger executive presence in high-stakes situations.

Understand how others perceive and respond to your communication and decision-making style, allowing you to adapt your approach without compromising your authenticity. This skill is particularly valuable in male-dominated environments where communication styles may be misinterpreted.

Identify your specific stress triggers and develop personalized resilience strategies based on your leadership profile, enabling you to maintain peak performance under pressure and model healthy leadership behaviors for your teams.

Bridge gaps between different thinking styles and reduce miscommunication by understanding how to translate between various cognitive approaches, positioning you as a valuable connector and facilitator in complex organizational dynamics.

Align your leadership approach with your natural strengths rather than trying to fit external expectations or traditional leadership models, allowing you to lead from a place of genuine confidence and inspire others through your authenticity.

Adapt your communication style to connect more effectively with diverse audiences while maintaining your core message and values, expanding your ability to build coalitions and drive organizational change across different stakeholder groups.

Understand both your leadership strengths and growth opportunities for career advancement, creating a clear development roadmap that leverages your natural abilities while addressing areas that could enhance your executive potential and board readiness.

Assessments like the KAI and ALP provide powerful antidotes to imposter syndrome by offering objective, data-driven validation of your natural strengths and leadership capabilities. When you see concrete evidence of your unique problem-solving style and leadership attributes, it becomes harder to dismiss your contributions as luck or circumstance. These tools help you recognize that feeling different or approaching challenges uniquely isn’t a weakness—it’s often your greatest asset. By understanding your authentic leadership profile, you can stop comparing yourself to others and start appreciating how your distinct cognitive style adds irreplaceable value to teams and organizations. This scientific foundation helps quiet the inner critic that whispers “you don’t belong here” and replaces it with evidence-based confidence that says “you bring something essential that others cannot.”

Learn to value and advocate for different perspectives while managing conflict constructively, developing skills that are increasingly recognized as essential for modern leadership and creating environments where innovation and high performance flourish.

  3. Develop strategies to bridge cognitive gaps, reducing resistance and fostering collaboration.

  • great leaders aren’t hatched

Great leaders aren’t hatched.  They develop over time, leveraging lessons learned along the way, and sharing those lessons with their team.  Leadership is like a game of Chutes and Ladders.  Sometimes you go down a chute, sometimes you simply make a lateral move and sometimes you go up the ladder.  But you learn something from each roll of the dice.
