Why Coaching?

What is Coaching?

Coaching is the short-term process of helping a client to produce extraordinary long-term results in their life, career, business, and organization. At Arudia, we tailor our coaching to each client’s needs via our proprietary intake package and seek to further develop the client’s natural strengths, ability to “flex” when needed, and capacity to accomplish more. Personal resilience is critical so if this sounds draining, it’s not. Clients feel exhilarated as they step into their own power.

Arudia’s team helps the client move to the next level by focusing on strategic solutions and their big picture, rather than solely on immediate problem. We do by establishing the focus of the coaching engagement and each session during which, we ask focused open-ended questions that prompt the client’s new and best thinking and insight into the perspective and actions necessary to create an exciting and satisfying future. Teaching new skills and ways of being (e.g., confidence) is a key component of our coaching. We rely on proven assessment tools to expedite and provide perspective.

Benefits of Coaching

Coaching is effective because it provides:

  • An objective and outside perspective
  • A creative synergy and spark
  • The intellectual challenge of working with someone who’s only goal is your success, as you define it
  • Complete confidentiality
  • Regular and convenient process
  • Personal and personalized support

Why Coaching is Important

Coaching improves organizational outcomes by transforming people into better leaders, managers and team members. Organizations generally hire coaches as part of their leadership development efforts and to support individuals in learning specific skills and competencies. For example, individuals may have participated in a 360-degree feedback or an annual performance review and need support in understanding how to achieve what is expected of them and in developing the necessary skills.

By listening to what matters to clients, asking them questions to focus their thinking, and providing critical development, clients more quickly and easily:

  • Improve leadership acumen, executive presence, and confidence
  • Lead, manage, organize, and communicate
  • Advance career and create a more fulfilling life
  • Increase revenue and profitability; achieve financial independence
  • Market and enhance client relationships
  • Identify and achieve more rewarding goals
  • Rid themselves of stress; improve own and team’s well-being
  • Optimize ideas and creativity
  • Develop strategies to achieve goals
  • Reframe events to empower themselves
  • Manage up, including with board
  • Recognize and manage differences in cognitive style
