Quick down and dirty rundown, this year was FILLED with ups and downs, but literally over the last 2 months, all of the sudden everything just clicked and came together. I’ve gotten some big wins and celebrated the little ones too. Had some really hard challenges, but was able to work through them pretty successfully!

So much is because of what I’ve learned about myself as a leader and I catch myself when I’m in my shadow and am able to work on maneuvering through it. But what has been the MOST helpful is that I can tell when someone who I’m coaching or leading is in THEIR shadow and (still working hard at doing this consistently and successfully) but am able to maneuver the conversation to help them through that moment as well.

It’s been truly amazing.
