Create a Win-Win Conversation

Arudia Win-Win Conversation Model
WHY THIS COURSE WAS CREATED

When you strive to solve challenging problems, it can feel as though the collaboration could be smoother or that somehow you’re not quite achieving optimal results. We created the first Win-Win workshop in response to a client’s request that we deliver a program that would improve both intra- and inter-team working relationships. Over the years we taught the program to individual clients and their teams, all the while learning from our clients and getting tremendous feedback about Win-Win’s value and impact on team culture.

We’ve compiled what we learned into this web-based program and The Workplace Toolkit: Actionable Approaches to People Problems.

OUR GOAL

We will help you to understand how to communicate in a manner that:

  • Promotes greater effectiveness while reducing stress;
  • Saves time because you build trust through greater understanding; and
  • Results in better solutions by aligning colleagues on goals and needs before delving into the potentially divisive array of strategies.

 In short, using the Win-Win techniques here will help you to lead, collaborate, and communicate more effectively and with less stress.
