Anne Collier is driven to help others create fulfilling professional and personal lives both at the individual and organization level. An expert leadership coach, she gives clients a competitive edge by helping them discover their strengths and teaching them how to use those strengths to their greatest advantage.
Anne has over a decade of experience with Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® and is an MBTI® Master Practitioner. Anne tailors coaching and training sessions to meet the needs of her clients, utilizing 360-Degree and other assessments. She custom-designs her workshops to target the unique and specific needs of every client. For the best results, her clients learn to coach their colleagues and transform conflict into collaboration by distinguishing strategy from goals, being curious yet not judgmental, and collaborating to maximize results.
Clients walk away from Anne’s coaching, workshops, and speaking engagements inspired. They gain a powerful set of tools that helps them identify and achieve critical goals, including enhancing communication skills, developing leadership and management skills, and boosting team performance with an enduring sense of purpose. Anne practiced law in Washington, D.C. with Miller & Chevalier, Chtd and King & Spalding, where she represented and advised Fortune 100 corporations on various tax and business matters. Prior to private practice, Anne was an attorney with the Treasury Department.

Cynthia Shaffer, MS, MBA, ACC

Cynthia Shaffer is an essential member of the Arudia team. Her commitment to excellence on behalf of our clients is nothing less than inspiring. With a passion for getting the job done right, she is a natural problem solver. With expertise in strategic management and a twenty-year career in healthcare and life sciences, Cynthia brings her experience in establishing and developing large-scale programs and initiatives to Arudia. Cynthia has a Master of Science in Biotechnology and Master of Business Administration and is a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® Certified Practitioner. She is a graduate of the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching and is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation.
Deborah Charlton, MIC
Practice Group Chair, Manufacturing
Deborah Charlton has over 30 years’ experience in executive and management roles in marketing and communications, government relations, organizational development and executive coaching. As a certified Master Integrative Coach and Senior Consultant, Deborah has created powerful, results-oriented programs, including Success Coaching, a proprietary approach to leadership development, and High Performance Teamwork, a 5-step approach to building powerful teams. Deborah uses her in corporate executive and management roles to partner with leaders who are committed to creating sustainable success. Collaborative in her approach, she quickly understands complex systems, and brings an insightful approach to meeting her clients’ business needs. In all situations, she holds to the belief that life is supposed to be fun!
Committed to making a difference, Eileen brings keen analytical skills, smarts, and passion to every endeavor. A team player, she does everything from analyze data, to create dynamic graphics, to learn a myriad of programs so that she can produce top-notch materials and online courses. Majoring in math and minoring in data analysis and writing, she graduates from Wesleyan University in 2018. Always trusted to “get the job done,” her experience includes field organization for the Ohio Democratic Party, work against domestic violence, personal outreach to maintain customer relationships, and camp counseling.
Laura manages Arudia’s social media presence and outran. She also works as the Development & Communications Senior Coordinator at the National Network to End Domestic Violence (NEDV) and has previously worked with a number of other organizations on gender-based violence intervention and prevention initiatives, including Saving Promise, the National Domestic Violence Hotline, RAINN, Polaris, and GW Students Against Sexual Assault. Laura earned her BA in Human Services with a minor in Women’s Studies, and her MPA with a concentration in Gender & Public Policy, from The George Washington University and lives in Washington, DC.
Director of Client Service
Friendly and excited when anyone walks in the door, Greta is responsible for office morale. She brings levity and humor while helping staff find exactly what they are looking for, usually by sitting on it. Her curiosity inspires creativity for designing workshops and providing individual services. Her constant antics remind us all that life is too short not to enjoy a good belly rub!
